It's nice to see our Community is growing @Hopsor! Welcome my friend! I noticed @SteveH provided you with a great suggestion here. I'd like to add that you need to make sure your tracker is charging correctly. You can try to use different USB ports or a UL-certified wall charger. Also, make sure the firmware version of your tracker is updated.
