When I first got my Fitbit Charge 2 I was able to connect it my phone, receive notifications, & have it keep my phone unlocked when nearby. After about a month it stopped receiving notifications & no longer keeps my phone unlocked when nearby. I am able to sync to the app via Bluetooth with no problems, so it is connected, and I have the notifications setting turned on. I have tried resetting the Fitbit multiple times & have also uninstalled & reinstalled the app multiple times. Why is it having this issue & what can I do to resolve it?

@SarahQT, have you checked the Charge 2 to ensure you have not accidentally disabled Notifications on it? Press & Hold the side button for about 3 seconds to toggle the Notifications from Off to On.

@SarahI would also check your notification settings, Swipe down on the phones status bar, do you see an entry that says Fitbit Notifications are running? If not the tracker does not need to be connected to the phone. Make sure that in the app notifications are working and use the send test, found under the 3 dots, to test them.
