I cannot open my Fitbit app. I deleted and added it back and it is the same. Call customer service and they said they were aware of the problem but gave me no solution or timeline!

@June1950 Many other Android users are posting with the same problem. Fitbit never gives a timeline for a fix. Just be patient.
