Hello @Buddywinters the Fitbit should be a different version 3.19.2
Have you tried the normal steps. Don't remove tracker from your account.
Have you opened you phone settings, apps, Fitbit, storage, clear cache?
Swiped the Fitbit out of memory and through the phone settings stopped the app.
Checked for an app update and restart, better yet, shutdown phone.
Now try a sync.
