App og telefon (Android Sony xperia) har ikke synkronisert på over en uke. Får melding om at den ikke finner fitbit. Har prøvd alt, tilbakestilt fitbit klokke, (versa). Slettet app, installert på nytt flere ganger, slettet historikk som anbefalt. Hva skjer?

I think you are saying you have a sync issue.
