Samsung Galaxy S8 still won't sync

My Fitbit Alta has been able to sync since April 25th.

I've done all of the suggestions and still nothing.

Is anyone else having this problem and can someone else help me, please?

I'm pretty sure it happened after the April 24th update.

Hi @Gd2bAlive  using Android 8.1 on my Samsung Galaxy S8 phone and it's syncing without any problems. What update did you get? I haven't received one.

Hi.  I remember it was on the 24th or at least that's when I downloaded it. My Fitbit version is 3.19.2

My Fitbit firmware is v. 21.21.40 and the app version is 3.19.2

I have the S8 also and since March of 2019 It has been almost flawless. 

@Gd2bAlive are you asking if others are having problems or do you want help in getting it to sync?

Yes mine has also.  It's not our devices it's with Fitbit
