I have tried to get my fitbit charge hr to sync to my Samsung Galaxy J1 with no luck. I've tried to reinstall the app. Updated the app. Turned the blue tooth on and off. Restarted my phone. My firmware version is 18.122

Welcome to the Community @Smb21. Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. The reason why your tracker is not connecting with your phone is because Samsung Galaxy J1 is not a compatible phone. I recommend checking our list of compatible mobile devices for any update and keep in mind that you can always sync your Fitbit with a computer or compatible device.

Hello, @montanasteele02! It is nice to see you around. Please try these troubleshooting steps to resolve the syncing problems. You should be able to sync with your Galaxy S6 since it is a compatible mobile device.
