Welcome to the Community @Smb21. Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. The reason why your tracker is not connecting with your phone is because Samsung Galaxy J1 is not a compatible phone. I recommend checking our list of compatible mobile devices for any update and keep in mind that you can always sync your Fitbit with a computer or compatible device.
