Hi @Pokeymom.  Welcome to the Fitbit forums.

Which Fitbit model do you have?  Many have an option turn screen wake off or on; i.e. having the screen turn on when rotating the wrist.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
