Hi,
I'm eagerly waiting for a response to this. There does not seem to be a valid solution to the problem.
Every time I try to sync myfitness pal to fitbit it says on MFP that there is another account linked to fitbit. I don't know the details of this account and when I go into fitbit it says it's connected to that MFP account however when I go back into MFP it's not linked. Why is this and how do I change it? It's really not good enough. I've tried revoking and setting up new accounts and re installing the apps to no avail.
Can you please tell me how to do this? It's the only reason I got the fitbit

I also need help on this. I revoked access yesterday for both the accounts and then re-synced and it worked. However gone back to not working again today?!!

Hi @SunsetRunner and @SoniaRuth, welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks to both of you for sharing detailed information about what is displayed in the Fitbit app when linking to MyFitnessPal. Since this is an unusual behavior I'm wondering if you by any chance have more than one Fitbit account created. I'm asking this as if that's the case, that would be the reason why it's not allowing you to link another different account since the first Fitbit account might still be linked to MyFitnessPal.
Please verify the email address linked to your Fitbit account and contact MyFitnessPal so they can help you to remove any account that was linked previously, if that's the case. Then you can revoke access from fitbit.com dashboard and link both accounts one more time.
Let me know how everything goes.
