Versa "no device found" after recent firmware update

On Tuesday night I allowed Versa to update. Versa has not synced since then. I've unpaired and repaired, turned bluetooth on and off, made sure it wasn't connected to another device and still nothing. It is as though the Versa doesn't exist. I feel like this is an update issue as it happened as soon as the update was installed. It hasn't synced since the update.
