Fitbit won't vibrate when I receive a call. I have an LG V10

My fitbit won't vibrate when I receive a phone call on my LG V10. Everything else works great.  How can I fix this issue?

Hey there @PeterQuill !  That's odd, have you noticed if your tracker doesn't vibrate only with call notifications or silent alarms as well?  Still, I recommend having your tracker restarted,  depending on what model you have please follow the steps on this link.

My HR Charge is working in every aspect except the call notifications.  I have the LG V10 and when I receive a call i don't get a notification on my HR Charge.  This was a feature that I liked and was a selling point for me.  Does the HR Charge work with the LG V10?  Is the HR Charge only capable of the call notificaiton feature with IPhones only?

It's because the lgv10 is not a compatible device. I found that out after having my phone replaced. 😞

I've done my restart.  My HR Charge still won't notify me when I receive a phone call.
