Hi guys, my android did an update this week and ever since then my Fitbit will not connect or pai . Please don't send me the help steps, I literally did ALL OF THEM. Is anyone else having the same issues? Thanks.

Hello @Xstardreamer55x. without knowing what steps you have done and as Fitbit users we can either advise on what has worked for us or ask you to contact support. Who will walk you through the help steps..
Since we do not know where you where looking, we have no idea what was included with all of them?
Since it was a phone update and the Fitbit app was installed for the old OS. The first thing to try is to remove the Fitbit app / Restart phone / install a fresh copy of the Fitbit app.
Remove the zip from the list of trusted devices in the Bluetooth settings.
This should work. If not let's open phone settings / apps / Fitbit / storage / clear cache.
While in the Fitbit settings let's stop the Fitbit app. Swiping Fitbit off the screen will not stop the Fitbit app.
I assume the battery was pulled from the Zip to do a restart. And that the zip was not removed from the Fitbit account. Doing this will make things worse, but often suggested.
