Had it.**ahem**.won't sync.no heartbeat.miles way off from phone vs fitbit.buy one with its own gps.got it from Verizon on sale for 100$they charge 35$ to restock.I feel like smashing it.merry **ahem**ing christmas.I will downgrade this product to everyone I know till I die.

Sorry you've had so many problems, @Brian666.  Fortunately, that has not been the experience of most Fitbit owners.  Have you contacted support to see what they can do for you, since it is apparently still within the 1-year warranty period?
