Fix the sync problem!!

I bought my fitbit ionic for about 8 months ago, first I had Samsung galaxy s8 phone, now I have an s9 + with android version 9.0. 

 

But anyways, I've had problem with syncing my watch to my phone NO MATTER WHAT!! And I'm sick and tired off it! I never had these issues when I had both Charge HR and Charge 2. I don't get it, why the most expencive watch is worse than the cheaper versions?! Right now I'm so tired off this, that I'm seriously thinking of abadon the whole Fitbit, and go to one of your competitors, because those excuses you guys have for this problem doesn't help at all! And all your good tips for fixing the problems, doesn't help at all, it just makes me more frustrated! 

 

Ofc, it's the app that I'm frustrated over!!

Please know that our team is aware of the situation with Android 9 and it is being looked into. As soon as we have any updates to share we will be letting everyone know. In the meantime you could try to use a computer or another mobile device to try and sync your Fitbit to your account. Click here to get instructions on how to sync with other devices.
