Flashing train signals and now dies fast

I get the train signal flashing. Some said it's in sleep mode. Multi tapping doesn't fix it. So I charge it and it says it's low..one dot..now it doesn't last a full day. Does the flashing..I charge it and its dead 4 hrs later. Absurd junk...didn't last 6 months.
