Flex 2 doesn't sync

I recently switched from an iPhone to a Huawei and now my flex 2 doesn't sync. Tried all the usual troubleshooting steps (uninstall, reinstall, reset fitbit, etc) and nothing... Anyone know the solution?

Which Huawei model do you have? There's a known problem with their "lite" phones causing issues when connecting to fitbit. 

 

If it's not a lite version you can check if it's supported at www.fitbit.com/devices

I have the mate 10 pro. It connected as soon as I got it and now nothing
