Android 5 not syncing with Flex 2. I get a red circle with an white exclamation mark within it. Have gotten this for the last 2 days. Also, lights on the Flex 2 are not lighting up...except momentarily when I initially plug in the charger with the flex 2 in it. I've kept the flex 2 in the charger for over 4 hrs, and no lights are on.

Let me help you with your Flex charging and syncing issues. If the device isn't' turning on then it won't sync so lets address this issue first. Please follow these instructions to help resolve the issue.
