My brand new flex2 doesn't synce with my phone Samsung galaxy 4. I don't know if any light should be on in tracker or not? But no light is on and seems the tracker is off. Help me please.

It's great to see you around @Nilch. If your tracker is not illuminating, I recommend checking if you have your tracker charged. Now, if it is not syncing, follow our syncing troubleshoot. After these steps your Flex 2 should sync without an inconvenience.
