same here, but last sync I did was on 24.02.17, Friday morning that is sadly, all we can get on this forum is tons of links that just don't do anything, because it's surely my fault that one day it worked just fine, the other it doesn't. I'm just being sarcastic, it's Fitbit that has something broken with their services, though they wont admit it. Well, I guess it's just foretaste of how it's gonna look like when they finally go bankrupt.

I have tried everything. I have a HTC 10 . I feel like telling everyone this is a piece off crap and never buy one

@Krisdminers, is the problem with the HTC 10 that is running Android 7.0 Nougat? I have seen several other posts by users whose phone was upgraded to Nougat and they started having problems syncing as well. But then, there was another thread on the HTC 10 that some users said it was working fine. I have the HTC One M9 and have been waiting to update to the 10 until things settle out...
