Flex 2 not syncing

MyvFlex 2 has not synced since Sunday. Turn off Bluetooth turned back on, it records my steps for exercise when I log it but won't sync anything else, help please

Thanks for bringing this up and sharing the steps that you have tried to get your Fitbit to work again.

 

In this case I'd like to recommend that you try to follow the steps listed in this help article. They should help in getting everything to sync correctly.

 

I'd also recommend that you try to log out of your account and then log back in. That should force all data to display correctly in the app.
