My fitbit flex2 is driving me mad. Hasn't synced since yesterday at 3.4pm. I've followed all the helpful (not) steps suggested and still won't sync!!! It sometimes won't sncy but is usually easy to sort out by restarting my phone or the fitbit. But the blue light just won't go away despite following other users forum post suggestions. Help please xx

Before I can suggest any steps I'd like to ask you what are the troubleshooting steps that you have tried already. Could you please let me know?
In the meantime, have you tried syncing with any other device? Perhaps a mobile or a computer? Additionally, what is the mobile that you are using to try and sync your Flex 2?
