Website showing imported food but app not

Hi

 

I recently started adding my food into Fitbit via MyFitnessPal, because you can save meals and I haven't got time to enter all the ingredients every time. However it wasn't showing up on my app. After messing about disconnecting and reconnecting them I found that if I go onto the Fitbit website (or the windows 10 app) my food is recorded however no matter how many times I sync the app it won't update my food.

Everything else is showing correctly everywhere.

Any Ideas?

A very warm welcome to the Forums @Cooners!

 

It is possible that the app could not be loading the information from the servers properly. Whenever something like this happens I always try to log out and then back into the app. It usually works. Could you please try that?
