This is the second flex 2 I gave had that has stopped syncing. It it fully charged I have restarted it and reinstalled the app. It vibrates and all lights are lit. Please can any one help ? I particularly chose flex 2 as waterproof so don't want to "upgrade"

I'm having the same issue. It lights up when I hit my step goal or when I'm not moving enough, but it's not syncing with the app. I even tried installing the app on my tablet since tech support says the problem is the app isnt supported on my phone. Weird. The app worked fine on my phone a week ago. But even on the tablet its still not syncing so that's not it!
