I have done everything the online troubleshooting stuff says to do. I have a Motorola z play with the android app and I only noticed this evening that my fitbit has not done a sync since before bed of May 29th... I have not even had the charge for three months yet! I will be asking to company for a refund if this problem is not fixed as it is not fair for this gift to have been over $200 and to only last not even three months! Please help me fix this issue 😞

I was reading your tracker has not synced since May 29th. If the issue persists, please give it a try to this suggestions: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? I'm sure this will give you some extra help.
