Flex 2 not vibrating

My flex 2 flashes the correct lights when receiving notifications but stopped vibrating. I've reset the pebble, the notification settings, and my phone with no success. Any ideas?

Hi, @Ivanrose! Do you know if your tracker is vibrating at all? (alarms or hitting your daily goal) I would check that out. If not, there may be an issue with your motor, you should contact Fitbit Support.
