My flex 2 can't connect to my fone is this becoz iv used up all my fone data even tho i hav wifi connection

What makes you say not connecting is because you have no phone data?

I doubt that's the problem because I connect a fitbit to a phone that isn't even on a plan to even make a phone call.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
