OK, I have read and read thru posts and I have tried about every combination that I can think of for syncing my fitbit Flex to my Android. I have done the restart, the turning Bluetooth off and back on, rebooting the phone, making sure the Flex is charged, I am on my local router, I go to 4G, etc, etc, etc. Nothing seems to work.
On my display I either get the circle and arrows that keep turning turning and turning, or the red dot with the white explanation. (I have yet to find out what that means) I have a Droid Maxx ver. 4.4.4. and the Flex will be two years old this December. Do the Flex's wear out after a period of time? Anyone have any good answers?
Thank you,

Wonderful troubleshooting mheff!
If not already done, make sure the latest fitbit app version is installed. When desired, feel free clearing the fitbit app cache on the phone.

Optionally check out the Fitbit Article regarding not being able to sync the tracker.

Hope it helps
