Flex not syncing with LG 4

I've had no problem syncing until this week (2 yrs with my flex) It stopped on two days ago. I've reinstalled app still nothing. I can enter the manually but does not do anything else. Ugh

Welcome to the Community @llwtpa. I recommend verifying that your phone is a Compatible Mobile Device. If the LG 4 doesn't appear in the compatible devices list, it means that it is not compatible and that's why you have problems syncing. If it is a compatible device, please following the Syncing Troubleshoot.

Hi. Thanks.but this has been working for the last two years until Sunday on
my lg and on the computer. From my computer...it says dongle not
connected.I've rebooted, reinstalled and changed ports and it still gives
same message. The flex works( alarm went off this am) but cannot sync
because "no dongle"
Any other ideas of what I can do?
