This is the second time I have been unable to sync my fit bit. Last time I rest it and it worked. This time nothing is working. My band shows all the steps I took todayour but it will not sync. I've also tried to log off n on again. Any ideas?

A warm welcome to our new friend @NurseAA! Thanks for stopping by! Cat EmbarassedI'd like to know if the firmware of your tracker is updated to the latest version? If it isn't please follow the steps in this post. If it is already updated please follow the steps in this thread.
