Flex not syncing with Samsung galaxy tab 3

I had lost my Flex for a couple months, and I found it the other day. Charged to 5 lights. Now it won't sync with my Samsung galaxy tab 3 lite. It used to work with it, and I have no idea what is going on. Help?

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app. I pressed the reset button on the Flex charger. I have also reset my tablet to factory settings. It didn't help either.
