Flex won't sync to my note 5.

I have followed all instructions and have reset the flex. I have uninstalled and reinstalled on my note. it is saying rejected by flex. Does anyone know what I can do? I have talked to customer service and they just sent me here to try to trouble shoot. won't pair

Welcome to the Community @lalah. Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself and for the attachment. In this case, I recommend following our syncing troubleshoot. After these steps your tracker should sync without an inconvenience.
