My Flex is not syncing to my Android. I looked online and tried the troubleshooting options but none helped. Each time it tries to sync, it says that it can't connect to fitbit.com. What can I do to make it work again??

Welcome to our Community @Nat.Boss @Wretched61! It's great to have you here! I'd suggest you restart your tracker and then set up your tracker as a new device by following these instructions. Note that if you haven't synced in over 24 hours, your activity data for previous days will be lost and only today's data will remain. Also @Wretched61 I'm glad to hear you contacted Customer Support, they usually take between two days to reply but I'm sure they'll get back to you and provide you a good solution for this.
