Flex won't sync

I have been trying to synch my flex for several days and keep getting the message that tracker is not found. I can see it under Bluetooth, but it will not connect. My battery is completely charged and it's in range. I have no idea what's going on. I've tried restarting my phone and everything else I could think of. I'm super frustrated! Any suggestions?
