Unpair and repair issues

I had the app on my iPhone...this was unexpectedly broken beyond repair and so I got the samsung s7. I keep trying to sync the mobile track but it tells me I'm already paired and so have to unpair and repair....any ideas how I do this as I obviously don't have the old phone!!

@Lolly89 welcome back to the Community! (I moved your post to the Android board). When referring to mobile track do you refer to counting your steps trough the mobile itself? If that is the case this functions is only available on a certain number of models. As far as I know the Samsung S7 does not have this available seeing that it is still a fairly new model. This could explain why you are having issues setting up the mobile track.
