Hi,  my versa lite isnt counting floors.   Its ticked off but it is not working.   Any suggestions?

Versa Lite does not have an altimeter so does not count floors.  That is one of the things that makes it "Lite".

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
