Food Logs Disappearing

this has gone on long enough. every single time you update your app, something always goes wrong. i called into customer service about this 2 weeks ago and still nothing has been done. now all my foods are gone as of today. This app is useless if you can get it together.

@vixx24 Just a heads up, I've moved your post from the iOS forum to the Android forum to help keep the Community organized.

For clarification, are you able to see your food logs on Fitbit.com? Also, does rebooting your Android device help? If not, how about logging out of the Fitbit App and then back in?

Same with me too. "Upgrade" (use that term ironically!) to 2.26 caused custom meals to crash app now 2.27 has lost the "my foods" list. And no one seems to be able to help. Re booting, stopping, shutdown and uninstall/re installed all fail to fix. Sort it out Fitbit.

Thanks for bringing this up @MrsSB71! Our team is aware of this issue and is currently working to fix this as soon as possible. Please take a look at @ErickFitbit post in this thread where he provided a workaround and will update as soon as he gets more new about it.
