Hi. I've had my Versa just over 2 weeks. A few days ago it reset all of my food and water info to zero for every day. Now it resets every day, and all days follow the current day, which will reset all days back to zero tomorrow. Anyone else have this issue? How can I fix it? Have I lost all previous data? Thanks for your help.

Welcome to the Forums @BethPena01.
Let me help you make sense of what is going on.
In this case it doesn't sound like the information is being reset to zero. Keep in mind that at midnight the tracking for the current day starts, so at that point everything will show as 0. On the Fitbit app, if you scroll through days only the main tile, the one on top, will change to reflect information for those previous days. All of the other tiles will only show information for today. To get details on previous days you have to tap the tiles to go to that section of the app.
Hope this clarifies the situation! Let me know if there are any further questions.

Hello @BethPena01.
Thanks for reaching back.
Could you share some screen shots showing the multiple days back at 0? That way I can get a better understanding of what is happening and be able to find the best way to go about it.
Look forward to your reply.

I'm not sure if anybody else gave you screenshots, but here are a few of mine.

Hello @Dogzrmylife.
Thanks for bringing this up and sharing those screenshots.
In this case I'd like to recommend that you try logging out of your account and then logging back in. That will force all data to be loaded from the servers again and thus will cause everything to display correctly.
Let me know if there are any other questions on the matter.
