Hi!

-Will there ever be a food database for Norway? I find it strange that you single out some countries that can get the feature, when others can't.

-will there ever be an update where my charge 2 will understand emojis instead of boxes? 

-I also find it strange that it only shows either text-messages or Facebook messages. Why not both?

Hi @MiriamKL. Welcome to the Community Forums! I'll help you out with your questions.

 

In regards to the food database for Norway, I'm sorry that this isn't yet available in the Fitbit app and appreciate you for bringing this up. Our team has received feedback about this idea which also was posted by another user in the Feature Suggestions board. While this isn't currently planned at this moment, our team left voting open so they can keep tracking this request over time. They'll make sure to take your comments into consideration to improve the options available in the Fitbit app.

 

Regarding your other two questions, the Charge 2 was designed receive notifications from a single app and this is why you won't receive notifications from both. I understand how important is to receive any notification coming on your phone, and this feature has been improved in our newest devices, so you can receive text and apps notifications and even see emoticons. Thanks for your thoughts and Fitbit will keep working to enhance your experience with our Fitbit devices.
