Food log malfunction

Food logged yesterday is displaying as today. Date and time are properly synced.

Attempts to edit logs fail or log to incorrect days, show double entries, etc.

This is the second day I'm having issues after charging my fitbit yesterday. Somehow my device changed timezones while charging. I finally fixed that and reset device but food log is still malfunctioning

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I understand how you are feeling and recommend trying the following:

 

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. On your phone's settings tap on Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Clear cache and then Force Stop.
  3. Reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
