My Samsung phone just updated, and now the fitbit app freezes every time I try to log food. I tried updating the app and uninstalling/reinstalling it and it still isnt working. Anyone else having this issue?

Hi @Chellebellekell, welcome to the Community Forums.
I'm sorry to hear that the Fitbit app isn't working correctly, and thanks for the steps that you've tried prior posting. Before anything else, let me clarify that your Samsung Galaxy S8 Active isn't a fully supported device to work with the Fitbit app and its features. While there isn't a guarantee that it'll always work, let's try some steps together:
- Log out from the Fitbit app.
- On your phone's settings, tap on Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Clear Cache.
- Go back one screen, tap on force stop and reboot your phone one more time.
- Log back into the Fitbit app and try logging food.
Let me know how it goes.
