couple of things: 1) you should have an option to email Customer Service as I do not use twitter, and 2) there should be an option/update to logging food that allows you to click multiple items at once instead of continuously clicking on the plus sign, in addition, it would be helpful if items in the recent or favorite were broken down by meals.

Have you tried tapping on the link to fitbit help. Fitbit also has live support and phone
Your post probably would have been better in Product Feedback , rather than in Community Support
Why did they remove email, I don't know.
