I'm having problems logging my food. When I try to add it it's takes me back to the main fit bit screen and there's nothing logged. This is the second day now.

Hi Ricardo, I am facing the same issues and the solution you proposed did not solve them. I use Inspire HR on an Android phone and since this morning I can't log any food in. I connected to the online dashboard and there I can't log anything in either. As soon as I write a food, it reverts to zero and it looks like I haven't logged anything in. It is pretty annoying, as this tool out of all was the most useful for weight loss for me. Please, help!

Same with me. Did everything, uninstall, clear cache, restart phone. I cannot log food on the website either, but not in the phone app. Some food comes in and most just disappear again. I have a Samsung S10, the latest Fitbit app, and it worked until 2 weeks ago and then the problems started

This same issue is happening with me. Did this ever get solved? The app started changing the date on foods I logged yesterday afternoon, even though I double checked to make sure the date was entered correctly. Now foods I log just disappear. Wondering who is responding to this and how to solve.
