For Sony M4 aqua user / solve to sync

According to Fitbit supported devices list, Sony M4 aqua doesn't include. As my side, Fitbit android developers are very slow to update. Because of additional supported Phones list has a little bit mobile devices.

As my experience, Sony M4 aqua support Fitbit but not completely perfect. Fitbit andriod developer need to solve some issues such as xperia apps and location services app. Because, some location services app conflict with fitbit app.
If you want to used fitbit app without sync error or other issues, be sure some suggestions
1. be sure to update all of app in play store and system update as well
2. be careful location services app such as navigation app or offline map ( must update database for maps)
3. always data services on is better than off , because of fitbit syncing is auto by schedule.
4. Don't go away from your mobile, because of bluetooth connection will disconnect ( auto reconnect isn't stable )
5. Don't sync force if your app show error issues ( you will see to put force sync on Community page. But it's not true solution)
6. Don't try bluetooth on and off, restart your tracker many times. I want to highly recommend to solve that is, turn off bluetooth and than restart your phone and than turn on bluetooth. Important note - don't try to force sync after restart phone and turn on bluetooth. Because Fitbit app will start auto sync as well as reconnect your tracker.
I am using Fitbit Blaze with Android 6 Sony M4 aqua .

Hi there @Htun, good to see you around and thank you so much for this tips to sync with a Sony Xperia M4 Aqua. and thank you as well for the feedback. Constantly our developers are testing devices to improved the stability of the app and expand the list of compatible devices.

 

I had to change my phone a few months ago and I wanted to give it a try with Sony brand, so I get the M5 which was the following model to the M4. Overall I haven't experiencing any issue despite is not on the list of compatible devices and my Surge is syncing normally. 

 

I'm sure your recommendations will help a lot of users, who might be experiencing syncing issues.
