Hello @Cherix7
I've seen a couple of users mentioning that they are getting logged out of the app and have to log back in. I'm not sure what's going on since the Fitbit status dashboard doesn't show any service issues.
Please submit this issue using the Feedback feature in the Fitbit app
Although it's likely that you won't receive a reply, the team receives & reviews the feedback reports.
I saw that you are having to uninstall, then re-install the app to get it to accept your login. Have you had a chance to clear the cache & data/storage for the Fitbit app on your phone/tablet to see if that might help? You'll need to log back in after clearing the storage.

How are you supposed to report the problem using the app if the problem is that the app won't allow you to login despite being able to login to fitbit using the browser.?
