About 4 weeks ago I noticed that my Friends leaderboard was not working, I can see my step count in there but everyone else shows "Step count unavailable". I thought it was just a temporary issue at first but it is still not working.
Any solution for it?

Hi, @Wilmot99 welcome to the community, It depends on how you are logged in to your Fitbit account. The current policy is that everyone is encouraged to change to a login with their Google account but once you have done this you no longer see friends who are still using their Fitbit login.
Moved to Google and can't see friends or groups for... - Fitbit Community offers a flavour of the general feeling about this. Incidentally, you might find this video of interest Fitbit: How to Create Closed Groups - YouTube or consider using something like Stridekick

Ah, that would appear to be it as its about the same time I changed to a Google account. That's really poor by Fitbit, part of the fun of it is the competitive side with friends.

I have recently realized this and am baffled that Google's solution is.....everyone else needs to migrate their accounts. Wow, terrible customer service.

Yeah, hard to believe that Fitbit effectively broke their community and has no fix planned.
