Friend not adding

My sister in law has a new Charge HR and added me as a friend. The email I got said 'join Fitbit' not a friend request, I invited her, she got the same. But if I click on 'Join fitbit' it takes me to a page that says, 'It's not you, it's us' it's been like that for two days now. What's going on?

Welcome to the Forums @Babble1723! That's weird. You should get an email with the subject: "Help me become more fit on Fitbit.com". Did you add each other via email? Have you tried again? Did you try using a PC or mobile phone? I just tried via PC and Android device and it worked perfectly.

Yes, got that email, and it says 'join fitbit' on the email. Then you click on that and it comes up with that error, 'its not you, it's us'. I've tried uninstalling the fitbit app and reinstalling and sending another friend request. Still the same.

She also doesn't appear in my list of contacts with a fitbit, so I have to do it via email.
