Iv no friends list nor 7 day step list on app,it disappeared after last update giving more challenges yet as i appear to have no friends at all i cant start a challenge,they have to send to me,i can see all of them if i go to my dashboard but cant start a challenge from dashboard,had no problems till new update,have reinstalled app every day for over a week,engineers been working on it but no solution as yet.a very frustrated nearly ex fitbitter

Hello @mandymitchell61, thank you for the update, I'm very glad your friend list is now showing! Now, in regards of the 7 Day Steps list, as @LanuzaFitbit mentioned, our team is working as quickly as possible to resolve this situation.

Regarding the badges. Do you mean the ones for the adventures? If not, what badges are you referring to? Please let me know about that and I'll further investigate on it.

I recommend that you contact Customer Support about the situation with the badges. I'm positive they will gladly help you.

It would really be nice of Mandy's friends list issue could be resolved. She typically starts a challenge every third weekend for our Fitbit family and she has not been able to do so. Other's have been taking her turn but to have this problem going on for almost two weeks now is unacceptable. Even more acceptable is the person decided her issue had been resolved without any resolution. Certainly this can be resolved in a timely fashion vice leaving Mandy hanging out there waiting and wondering.

I have the same problem with my google Pixel running android 7.1.1. none of my friends are showing up on the app(they show up on fitbit.com) BTW ive got a fitbit flex 2. Everything worked fine before on my nexus 6p

Mine show up on my dashboard on fitbit.com but not on apps,its a fault in the app they are working to resolve though,have you notified fitbit?frustrating i know isnt it
