Iv no friends list nor 7 day step list on app,it disappeared after last update giving more challenges yet as i appear to have no friends at all i cant start a challenge,they have to send to me,i can see all of them if i go to my dashboard but cant start a challenge from dashboard,had no problems till new update,have reinstalled app every day for over a week,engineers been working on it but no solution as yet.a very frustrated nearly ex fitbitter

@92slammer, It is important to note that the Google Pixel is not currently in our supported devices list, so the functionality might not be at 100% all of the time. Having said that, I'd definitely go with what @mandymitchell61 mentioned and get in touch with our Support Team.

Hello. I was wondering if the issue with friends and challenges not showing has been resolved for the Android. I have a short list of friends, mostly family, and it is really inconvenient that I cannot view the list, or add new friends, on my Galaxt S7 Edge. I have visibilty to the list on the desktop but I don't carry the desktop PC with me everywhere I go. I know this has been an ongoing issue since late 2016 and the Tech team has been pursuing resolutions, but I think almost four months is a little too long. I know others are probably having the same issue so if there is a work around please advise. Thanks. Bill

Hear, hear! I am tired of issues being at the second level of tech-support and not getting any answers. I know the missing friends list is been going on since November and all of my issue is small I would be eventually like to see my name correct on challenges that one has been going on for almost 2 months..

That's bull. I only have maybe 10 friends. There was another thread that suggested the issue started when they changed the layout. If you create a new acct everything works fine, you just lose everything.

One reason I refuse to create a new account is because I have two days of 100,000 steps. I refuse to lose those badges.

I'm having the same issue. It is definitely related specifically to the android phones, because I downloaded the app on an iphone and when I loggd in all my friends showed up. When i signed on with the android no friends showing up. I've tried deleting the app off the android and reinstalling, resetting watch, phone, bluetooth etc but nothing works. Hopefully they figure it out soon.

You name it iv tried it except on an iphone as im all android,interesting point,could you mail fitbit and tell them please?it may lead them to the problem and a solution x

Mine changed in november when went to more than 10 challenges,its happening to more and more fitbitters now,i wont do another name and lose all my badges and have to add friends as they should be sorting it rather than adding new things we cant use as no friends to use on,im thinking of sending my blaze back as not doing job i bought it for

Woke up this morning and yeaaaaa all my friends are back,then recieved update so was a bit worried incase they all went again,thankyou fitbit.my friends list and my 7 day steps are back and can message,cheer and taunt once again,you rock whoooo 😁😘
