Since the update, all of my friends are missing from fitbit, even when I'm signed in with Facebook. The app literally shows no friends at all and they don't come up when I try to search them.

Hi @Historyfrog. Welcome to the Community.
Thanks for sharing this information, as well for the steps that you've tried prior posting. Since you mentioned to have updated the Fitbit app, please confirm if the Fitbit app is running the 3.5 or the 3.4.1 version. Does the same happen if you log in the fitbit.com dashboard?
In the meantime, please try the following:
If nothing is showing up in the Fitbit app, take a screenshot and attach it in your reply so I can further investigate.
I look forward to see you again!

Hi @anonymous_21342. Welcome on board. I'm sorry for my delayed response.
Thanks for joining this thread, and I'm sorry that you're having this situation. To work on this together, please provide me with your phone's model and make sure the Fitbit app is updated in your Android device. I'd also recommend to check the steps posted above to see how everything goes.
Keep me posted.
Best AnswerFollowed those steps and still have no friends. It's the update. The app was fine before, but after the update it doesn't work the same and some features, like having friends, are gone.

@Historyfrog, thanks for your efforts with the troubleshooting steps. Since the issue persists, please provide me with your phone's model and Android version. Also take a screenshot of what is displayed in the Fitbit app and attach it in your reply. This will help me to further investigate.
Keep me posted.
Best AnswerPhone model is LG K20V. Android version is 7.0. . . . . I can't get my phone to take screen shots, the way it's designed to is too complicated for me to get to happen.
Best AnswerMine disappeared also!!
Best AnswerJudy uninstalled reinstalled on Samsung 9s+. Stopped working this past weekend. No friends
Best AnswerI will totally admit it is the least convenient solution, but over the weekend I had my phone factory reset for a totally different reason and now my friends are showing up. Don't understand what changed, the permissions shouldn't have, but technically it does appear the reset solved it.
